took a trip to cali from seattle, car started overheating and took it to pep boys who told me my water pump was out and would cost me $1300 to fix. got a recommendation for paulines, called them and told them my long sad sob story, (i also got a flat tire during all this chaos) and Jen was very understanding and took me in right away and made me first priority! luckily i also called her on monday before she booked up for the week. she got my car all fixed up in a little bit less than a day. fixed my water pump, replaced my timing belt that was also bad, replaced my coolant, and another valve, all for a price way better than what pep boys quoted me!
