Omg. So I was having a huge problem with my car overheating. I tried 15 locations in the sebastopol and Santa rosa area. 5 didn't answer, and 9 said they couldn't even look at my car for between 4 and 7 days. Pauline's however, said "bring it in" and promised to look at it the next day. Long story short, I had it towed in. Monica immediately called to tell me my car arrived. THEN about 1 hour later, called back to confirm the problem . AND promised to have it fixed be the end of the next day. Guess what? At 10am the next morning, she called again to say it would be fixed before 3pm. And then called again at1pm to tell me IT WAS DONE!!!! I picked up the car and drove back to Los Angeles with my car running better than ever!!! Great shop. Great people and a fair price. I recommend Pauline's 100%.

I've been going to Pauline's for the last three years that I've owned my car. It's an older station wagon and they've always been able to give it the necessary love at a fair price. When my alternator died last year, they were able to quickly replace it and give me the confidence to ask auto questions with no judgement. Every person I've spoken with there is professional and kind, and Monica in the office always goes above and beyond! Highly recommend their services!
