Sebastopol Auto Repair

We were visiting relatives in Sebastopol when we discovered that a leaf spring on our travel trailer had broken. We managed to find a replacement part but had no place to do the repair. We saw the sign for Pauline's and decided to give them a try. They were great. Someone came out to look at the trailer and said it would be no problem. They squeezed us into the schedule and had it installed in a couple of hours. We were so happy that they did a great job and highly recommend Pauline's to locals and travelers alike!

I'm always hesitant when choosing a new mechanic. Pauline's was the best possible choice I could've made being a newbie in town! My boyfriend and I first went in for a routine oil change. I chose them because they were one of the cheapest in town, but was also afraid there might be a reason they were the cheapest. My fears were immediately put to rest when I recieved outstanding service and our car was in tip top shape! Unfortunately, after a long trip our alternator began giving us problems so we found ourselves at Pauline's rather often over the next couple weeks. I love coming here because everyone is friendly, they answer your questions openly and honeslty in a way that is easy to understand, and you get great service on your car for the best price. Jessica is always wonderful and helps me really feel like I know what's going on with our car everytime we leave and they do everything they can to get to the bottom of all issues. I would recommend them to anyone!

The service was great, very quick oil change and service on my truck, Jessica the service manager called me and told me everything that was going on and why those things were going on. She had ordered an air filter the night before so I didn't have to wait an extra day for it. Overall great experience and a relative cheap cost for the labor! And my truck came out clean and dust free, a free wash was a nice touch to the service. I do recommend to all automobile owners.

Really enjoyed my last trip to Pauline's Automotive. I was impressed with the quality of the auto repair and appreciated all the special touches (thank you Jessica) that indicate that this auto repair shop is striving for excellent customer service. In addition, the repair cost was within the estimated budget presented to me (always important). Today, I received a follow-up call to see if everything was OK with my car and was offered and opportunity to provide feedback on my Pauline's Automotive experience. As a new customer, I feel valued and appreciated. I would also like to add that the reception/office and the auto repair area is very clean and tidy.

This is a great shop with knowledgeable technicians and friendly service advisors. Honest repair and reasonable prices.

Kevin, the owner and Brian, his service writer are unbelievably polite and really know their way around a car. They are honest and very reasonably priced. give them a call and you will be pleasantly surprised by the great service.
