Adriana gives me a fair estimate and puts my mechanical needs into laymen's terms for me. No surprises and she never tries to talk me into work that I don't need. If I have a tight budget, they work with me to put me back on the road safely and within budget along with a plan to take care of all my vehicles needs at a time that I can afford. They are fair and honest and competent. I would not take my car to anyone else. I can recommend Pauline's automotive with full confidence. Took my 71 gmc in to Paulines thinking most likely have a carburetor or fuel delivery problem of some kind. They took a look at said tune up was needed. Also found exhaust gasket and valve cover gaskets leaking. Had the work done and runs great! Did little things right and service was excellent. Do not hesitate to recommend.

Needed broken windshield wiper repaired. My regular shop, Santa Rosa Toyota dealership, couldn't book me for a week with heavy rain forecasted. Got a mailer from Pauline's & gave it a call- SAME day appointment! with caveat that parts could take a day to arrive. Reasonable. Only reason not 5 * is that when I arrived I was pointedly ignored by man in office. Turned out he was the free lance computer guy not trained to b temp receptionist, nor did he tell me. Took about 10 minutes for Jessica to return to office & she helped me immediately. My lifeless wiper was due to a loose bolt! They tightened it & other wiper. No replacement parts needed or charged. When I was shown the bolts, I was offered a double headlight cleaning as they were trying out a new product. Yes! They didn't even charge me labor for the bolts or cleaning, but sent me on my way smiling into the rain.

JESSICA AND LILLY you are the best!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank your for all that you did for me. My Honda CRV has 226,00 miles on it, I was very leery about taking it to just anybody. I called Pauline's and Jessica got me in right away, had my issue diagnosed and fixed. No hassle straight and to the point I was even SHOWN what needed to be fixed.GREAT SHOP

I was a visitor to the area and Pauline's was recommended to me for repair of my domestic full size van. I'm am so glad I went there! Jessica did a great job getting my vehicle in for repair and promptly called with a clear diagnosis of the problem(s) and several well researched repair approaches that allowed us to settle immediately on a clear course for the repairs. After that the work was done promptly, on time and for the amount we had agreed on. In general the entire experience was five star the only criticism is one that I have of a lot of others currently. That is the use of computer based reports that have data "pre-slugged" and failing to actually ener current real observations about the vehicle. The problem of under inflated tires on many vehicles is not helped by automatically reporting that the air pressure is 35 pounds. Anyone that checked would have found that my 3/4 ton truck tires were inflated a lot more than that. I know lots of other places that are using these systems with similar results and really wish it would stop. As I said however, my overall experience here was wonderful and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Both Jessica and the mechanic who did the work exceeded my expectations and I drove the vehicle 1400 miles home immediately with no problems at all.

We were visiting relatives in Sebastopol when we discovered that a leaf spring on our travel trailer had broken. We managed to find a replacement part but had no place to do the repair. We saw the sign for Pauline's and decided to give them a try. They were great. Someone came out to look at the trailer and said it would be no problem. They squeezed us into the schedule and had it installed in a couple of hours. We were so happy that they did a great job and highly recommend Pauline's to locals and travelers alike!

I'm always hesitant when choosing a new mechanic. Pauline's was the best possible choice I could've made being a newbie in town! My boyfriend and I first went in for a routine oil change. I chose them because they were one of the cheapest in town, but was also afraid there might be a reason they were the cheapest. My fears were immediately put to rest when I recieved outstanding service and our car was in tip top shape! Unfortunately, after a long trip our alternator began giving us problems so we found ourselves at Pauline's rather often over the next couple weeks. I love coming here because everyone is friendly, they answer your questions openly and honeslty in a way that is easy to understand, and you get great service on your car for the best price. Jessica is always wonderful and helps me really feel like I know what's going on with our car everytime we leave and they do everything they can to get to the bottom of all issues. I would recommend them to anyone!

The service was great, very quick oil change and service on my truck, Jessica the service manager called me and told me everything that was going on and why those things were going on. She had ordered an air filter the night before so I didn't have to wait an extra day for it. Overall great experience and a relative cheap cost for the labor! And my truck came out clean and dust free, a free wash was a nice touch to the service. I do recommend to all automobile owners.

Really enjoyed my last trip to Pauline's Automotive. I was impressed with the quality of the auto repair and appreciated all the special touches (thank you Jessica) that indicate that this auto repair shop is striving for excellent customer service. In addition, the repair cost was within the estimated budget presented to me (always important). Today, I received a follow-up call to see if everything was OK with my car and was offered and opportunity to provide feedback on my Pauline's Automotive experience. As a new customer, I feel valued and appreciated. I would also like to add that the reception/office and the auto repair area is very clean and tidy.
