A few months ago on my way through Sebastopol with my girlfriend, her car started over heating so we stopped by the gas station and they directed us down the street to Paulines. It was so close so we stopped by, even with out an appointment they helped us out quickly and it was priced reasonably. Great people and super friendly!

Professional, fairly priced, very friendly. Outstanding customer service attitude. I've taken my car there for years. It's an old beater, but I rely on it, and the crew at Pauline's Automotive keep it in safe running order for me. I was so surprised that they washed my car after a mechanical service, that I made a video about it... but videos aren't allowed in reviews.

The work they did was great! They were friendly and walked me through what was wrong with my car. All of their work comes with a warranty for those just in case moments. I appreciated them and would return to their shop if I needed work again and was in Sebastopol.
